Intensive training during the holidays

[/vc_column][vc_column][vc_empty_space height=““ el_class=“spacing-1″][/vc_column][vc_column width=“1/2″ css=“.vc_custom_1629213649988{padding-right: 10px !important;}“][vc_column_text animation=“fadeIn“]

Africa Foot Academy provides a fascinating platform for football-loving boys and girls aged ten to seventeen to enjoy focused and intensive football training during their vacations. In several locations in Cameroon (Douala and Yaoundé) we arrange intensive vacation courses and camps where the young participants learn soccer skills with a lot of fun and commitment, can develop in a targeted way and also mature in dealing with other children and young people.

Children and young people from the age of ten are welcome to attend the courses, while the camps are aimed at slightly older children from the age of thirteen. As with every form of training at AFA, the trainers in the vacation courses and camps are also excellently trained and experienced in dealing with young people.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=“1/2″][vc_column_text animation=“fadeIn“ animation_delay=“400″]

The training contents of the summer courses and camps are age and performance specific and taken from the training philosophy of AFA. In order to do justice to our claim of individual and targeted support, training takes place in group sizes of a maximum of 25 players. In our courses and camps, goalkeepers can also train specifically and under professional guidance, in groups of no more than six participants.

The duration is limited to a maximum of two weeks because of high physical stress. The camps are suitable for thirteen to seventeen year olds.

Modern sports facilities in the immediate vicinity as well as experienced soccer coaches guarantee learning success on several levels. Thus, versatile work is done in the technical, tactical, coordinative, physical and mental areas and the skills of each individual are developed in a targeted manner – without neglecting the most important thing: fun and passion for the game!

For example, dribbling, shooting and passing techniques are refined, „“1 vs. 1″“ of „“2 vs. 2″“ in offensive and defensive situations are practiced, various speed exercises are performed and running coordination is trained, as well as tips for a healthy diet and effective health management are given under performance diagnostics methods with individualized training advice.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=“1/2″][vc_column_text animation=“fadeIn“ animation_delay=“400″]

The training breaks can be used for table soccer or table tennis, for entertaining life kinetics exercises or for technical discussions about the world of professional soccer. Sometimes, in the evenings, various game tactics and individual professional games are studied by means of video analysis, in order to deepen the understanding of the coaches‘ work.

At least once during the camp, a press conference is organized in which the young talents are given the opportunity to prepare themselves in dealing with the media. Furthermore, FC-AFA professional players visit the camps at regular intervals and share their experiences with the young talents.

At the end of the camp, a tournament is organized in which the best players receive free tickets to FC-AFA matches. Parents can also experience their children’s learning successes up close and enjoy the final games of the camp tournaments and the associated closing show, among other things.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row padding_bottom=“0″ margin_bottom=“0″][vc_column][vc_empty_space height=“10″ el_class=“spacing-1″][/vc_column][vc_column][vc_tta_accordion active_section=“0″ collapsible_all=“true“ css=“.vc_custom_1632932090364{margin-bottom: 0px !important;border-bottom-width: 0px !important;padding-bottom: 0px !important;}“][vc_tta_section title=“Our services at the AFA holiday camps“ tab_id=“1629805181509-51b5c6d6-d98d“][vc_column_text]

Train with us during the vacations without having to travel long distances. We offer intensive vacation courses with accommodation, as it is trained in the morning for two to three hours with a short snack break and after lunch break also another two to three hours. The vacation courses are suitable for children and teenagers between the ages of ten and seventeen and are scheduled for a maximum of two weeks, similar to the camps. Participants are divided into age-appropriate groups on site.

In the summer courses, just as in the camps, work is done in many areas in a versatile and targeted manner. Under the guidance of competent trainers, especially the technical-tactical and conditional performances are developed, but also on the mental area and on the personality development a lot of attention is paid.

For example, special attention is paid to speed training as well as different types of shots, tricks and feints. Different tools of analysis, especially video analysis, are often used. We consider training in healthy nutrition to be equally important.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column][vc_empty_space height=““ el_class=“spacing-1″][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row padding_top=“0″ padding_bottom=“0″ margin_bottom=“0″][vc_column][vc_tta_accordion active_section=“0″ collapsible_all=“true“][vc_tta_section title=“Our services at the AFA vacation courses“ tab_id=“1629805365332-da12465f-148b“][vc_column_text]

-
