As a fun exercise program developed in Germany, Life Kinetics is about the physical workout while improving mental capacity. The training stimulates the body and the brain, by combining exercises of different movement patterns, visual tasks and cognitive elements. Hence, each physical exercise requires active and simultaneous use of the brain. Life Kinetics is both simple and complex and as such, a unique form of training.<\/p>\n

None of us uses even close to all of our 100 billion brain cells. However, through training it is possible to optimize the use of this vast potential. The exercises of Life Kinetics are fun and create new connections between brain cells, thus improving the performance in all areas of life. The children become more creative, the students can concentrate better and the athletes become more stress resistant and able to cope better with situations that require high levels of concentration.<\/p>\n

Using Life Kinetics in athletic training<\/span><\/span><\/h3>[\/vc_column][vc_column][vc_empty_space height=“2″][\/vc_column][vc_column width=“1\/2″][vc_column_text animation=“fadeIn“]<\/p>\n

Unlike the usual training methods, where the exercises are often carefully sequenced, the Life Kinetics does not aim at the automation of movements. Quite the contrary, the movements in the Life Kinetics have a constant variation, which aims at building as many new brain cell connections as possible. Exercises become more and more challenging, forcing the brain capacity to improve. At the same time, Life Kinetics brings a lot of fun!<\/p>\n

Life Kinetics is integrated at all levels and forms of our training. It is used especially in the supplementary skills training as well as in Soccer Camps and Holiday Courses. It has an extensive role in the AFA Kids & Youth Club, where it helps the children and young people with difficult life situations to develop the necessary life skills. We provide Life Kinetics training also in our coaching courses.<\/p>\n
